1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within Malaysia, including Sabah & Sarawak.
2. Delivery Partners
All orders are delivered via Ninja Van or GDEX, trusted courier partners selected for their reliability and speed.
3. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days upon successful payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
4. Delivery Timeframe

West Malaysia: 1–3 working days

East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 3–7 working days
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on peak periods, remote locations, or courier operations.
5. Shipping Fees
For orders within Klang Valley, a standard delivery fee of RM9.00 applies. For delivery areas outside Klang Valley, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time — please refer to our homepage or banners for the latest updates.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or whatApps. You may track your parcel directly through the Ninja Van or GDEX websites.
7. Failed Deliveries or Return-to-Sender
If a delivery fails due to incorrect address, multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, or unclaimed parcels, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees for resending.
